Some tips and advice on going for interviews, choosing the right type of employment etc

  • When going for your job interview do some research on the company and mention something about it to the interviewer, for example " I read that you also have a branch on the other side of town is there a possibility that I could end up working there?," This shows them that you are interested in them not just the job itself.
    Also take a pen and note pad.. and write things down like write what hours, what days you would be working just things that you think you will need to know after wards, don't forget to ask " Do you mind if I write this down?" doing  this  shows that you will be going over info after you leave and is also another way to show how interested you are.
    On the note pad have some questions you may want to ask like;
    what hours will I be expected to work?
    Is there a uniform? if so is it supplied?
    Is there any travel involved?\Is there any courses that I can do to build up my experience and knowledge?
    Dont forget to write the answers next to the questions..
