Mental Health
Please dont be spooked by the title, I am sure we have all either had or know someone who has had a mental Health issue. I know I have suffered from depression myself.

  • Depression hits us all in one way or another and also hits people we know and care about.
Try to tell either them or yourself that sometimes it is easier to let go of things that are out if yr control and try to focus on things that you/they can actually control. Actually solving or sorting issues out one by one takes a lot of pressure ooff and things eventually look a lot clearer.

  • Also try and look at things like for example if I do get fired will it be the end of everything really?
Try and find positives to a negative like at least you don't have to work with that person who drives you nuts.
Or what if yr partner does leave you it doesn't mean there is something wrong with you just that you weren't compatible. Positive is that you can now look for the right one and so can your ex. Usually you can't make someone stay with you after all that isn't true love is it. I know I don't want to be with someone who felt obligated to be with.

  • When you start to get so depressed that nothing seems to make you feel better Please seek Help, call a help line, get in contact with Beyond blue, call your doctor or ask someone to help you..

  • Finding a Positive to a negative is fantastic and it opens so many new doors that you may have not even known were there.

  • If you even think someone you know might be having problems don’t ignore it, try and get them to open up, if they don’t open up to you might need to call on someone else to help, even making an anonymous phone call to a help line might just give the advice you need to help them out…
